Pre-Registration

Preregistration must be done by all delegates who are willing to attend the conference of Medical Research Foundation. The unique ID registered through your Pre-registration will serve as your ID for all future communications.

Note: This step is mandatory for all participants registering either individually or through bulk registrations

Confirm your Registration

To confirm your registration, you will have to pay the registration fee as given below. Your registration will be confirmed only after you make this payment. Only those who have paid and registered for the conference are eligible to register for workshops

Bulk Registration

For registrations through an Optometry college or Optometry associations, you can pay and register for multiple users in the bulk registration section. A minimum of 25 participants warrant a concession. Use the individual Preregistration numbers of all delegates to pay and confirm the bulk registrations

Universities/Associations can avail the concession for the following:

1. If the number of participants is between 25 and 50, you shall get a 5% concession from the total cost
2. If the number of participants is greater than 50, you shall get a 10% concession from the total cost
3. 1 complimentary Registration: For every 25 students, a faculty member gets free conference entry and invited entry to Faculty Development Program workshop

Workshop

1. Rs 1000 for each workshop.
2. To register for the workshop, you must first complete the payment for conference registration successfully.
3. A person can attend a maximum of 6 workshop gaining 24 CE points by OCI
4. When registering for multiple workshops, make sure the sessions are not scheduled at the same time
